1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rajal Apparel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Manufacturing Services

Rajal Apparel provides garment manufacturing services including:

• Bulk manufacturing of kids/girls bottom wear
• OEM and private label services
• Sample development and prototyping
• Custom design manufacturing

All manufacturing orders are subject to separate written agreements specifying quantities, specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.

3. Orders and Payments

Order terms including:

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as specified in quotations
• Prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation
• Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before order confirmation
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of agreed advance payment
• Prices exclude shipping, duties, and taxes unless otherwise stated

4. Samples and Approvals

Sample charges may apply for custom development work. Production proceeds only after written sample approval from the client. Any changes requested after sample approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

5. Quality Standards

We maintain quality standards as per international garment industry norms. Specific quality requirements must be communicated in writing before production. Standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections are conducted unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.
